Okaeri NorCal is a branch of the Okaeri Community that is creating spaces and opportunities for queer and trans Japanese and Japanese Americans in the San Francisco Bay area to connect. Our first event was in 2022, and since then we’ve hosted group walks, potlucks, a cooking class, an art tour, and recently started a book club!
